Fátima Silva. Researcher at the Arnaldo Araújo Research Centre (CEAA, uID 4041 of the FCT) in the Architectural Studies Group, of Escola Superior Artística do Porto and as a collaborator at its research centre in Lusíada University, since October 2025.
PhD in Architecture, specialising in Urban Design, from the School of Architecture of the University of Seville, 2010. Master's Degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon, Technical University of Lisbon, 1990. Professional internship at the portuguese company hidrotécnica, 1991. Professional collaboration with the design firm GEFEL. S.A, Atelier Augusto Silva Planeamento e Arquitetura Lda., among others. Lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Arts, Lusíada University of Lisbon, since 1992. Researcher at CITAD since 2007, where she is responsible for the G 1 (Architecture and Urbanism) research line, ‘The City and Landscape in Contemporary Times’, responsible for PI Llab21 ‘Landscape rehabilitation; a question of scale and skylines’ and responsible for PI integrated in G2 (Technologies in Architecture) ESTEJO, since 2012. She has participated in several conferences and national and international seminars. She is responsible for organising international conferences and seminars on territorial and landscape regeneration. She has publications in the field of research. Responsible for supervising research fellows and introducing them to research. Member of the Portuguese Architects' Association since 1991.
