Short Curriculum
Henrique Muga. Degree in Psychology (UP, 1986), Master in Social Psychology (UP, 1998), and Doctorate in Social Sciences (UFP, 2015), with the thesis The Imaginary in the Cinematographic Work of João César Monteiro.
Assistant Professor at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto, where he teaches since 1987.
He is the author of several articles and books in the fields of cinema and architecture.
Founding member of the Arnaldo Araújo Study Center (1999) and coordinator of research axis Space at the Cinema of the Cinema Studies Group (since 2020).
He coordinated several projects, namely: Arte Urbana - Intervention in the Electricity Boxes, Porto, 2015 (in partnership with Porto Lazer); Research project Graffiti and urban landscape of Porto, 2016; Artistic Residency Mogadouro Cinematográfico, Mogadouro, 2019 (in partnership with the Direction of the Film and Audiovisual Course at ESAP).
He was President of the Pedagogical Council and member of the Board of ESAP. He is currently a member of the Board of the Cooperativa de Ensino Superior Artístico do Porto.
